Setting up and using E-Mail can be a frustrating experience.

In my humble opinion (IMHO), personal computers will never be truly user-friendly until they translate the dratted dial-up connections and e-mail set up into "plain talk".  But, since it hasn't happened and doesn't look like it will happen in the near future, I'm pleased to offer E-mail 101.
